Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

  • The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO".
  • The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP".
  • The country must be the United States.
  • You must enter your Zip code.
  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.
  • Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

    The main reason you would be missing items is that they are on backorder. Typically if a particular item is on backorder there will be a note on the packing slip stating that along with the estimate time of delivery.

    To keep you from waiting for your whole order we opt to send all items that are in stock and ship the backorders items as they come in.

    Shipping insurance offers peace of mind so you know you’re fully covered in the unlikely event of an item being lost or damaged on its way to a customer.

    We're human, and every so often, we might mispack an item. If this happens, please submit a support ticket. We will send you a return label to send back the incorrect product and we'll ship out the correct item(s) as soon as possible.

    Cancellations will be accepted if the order has not yet shipped. To cancel your order please submit a support ticket. Once the cancellation has been submitted a refund will be issued. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to show up in your account.

    Returns and exchanges will only be provided for defective merchandise, otherwise, all sales are final!

    When making a purchase, please keep in mind that you, (the customer), are responsible for all duties, import fees, goods and services tax and any other fees that your country may impose on your purchase.

    The amount of import tax and duties to be paid depends on the country that the goods are imported from. Duty tax rates are between 0 to 37.5% with the typical rate being 5.63%. A flat rate of 3% applies to e-commerce purchases that are in excess of the US import tax threshold limits.

    We have no control for any temporary stalled in transit customs delays.

    All of our products are discreetly packaged. We use four types of plain packaging: Sealed cardboard boxes, Sealed tubes, Non-Transparent polyethylene bags, and Sealed mailing envelopes.

    Processing times may vary but are usually 2 to 5 days.

    Once your package is shipped the estimated transit times are the following:
    United States* 2 to 7 business days

    Canada 10 to 15 business days/p>

    The above transit times are estimated averages based on information provided by UPS,USPS and DHL. Keep in mind there can be a number of things that could affect your delivery time.

    It is possible that shipping delays may occur on outbound orders as a result of COVID-19 and shipping services have been overwhelmed with the sheer volume of packages moving through their networks.

    * Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

    Processing times will vary. We try to get your order out next day but sometimes processing may be 2 to 5 days (not including holidays or weekends.) We typically ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, although we do ship on additional days depending on volume. Please note, due to high volume, Holidays will affect our shipping schedule.

    We print out a shipping label when we prepare your package for shipment. Once your package hits the mail stream you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.

    We generally have all orders ready to ship within 2 to 5 days (not including shipping times, weekends or holidays), so you can expect a tracking number within that time. If you do not receive a tracking number via email, please be sure to contact us.

    Please note that some email providers will force these emails into your spam / junk folders, so be sure to check there before contacting us.

    In most cases, you can choose between - USPS, UPS and DHL International. Please note, UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
